  5. Now heat a table spoon of oil and add the sliced onions. Fry it on medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes. Till they turn transparent..
  6. Add Ginger - Garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes..
  7. Now add Turmeric Powder , Red chilly powder, Turmaric powder, coriender powder, salt and cook it for about 2-3 minutes..
  8. Add the fried Bhindi pieces and mix well..
  9. Sprinkle some water if needed..
  10. Cook on low medium heat / flame for about 7- to - 8 minutes till the bhindi is cooked..
  11. Once done, switch off the flame and Garnish it with coriender leaves ..
